This event was hosted by SOCAL K GROUP and sponsored by SYP, Startup Law, and NEOZIPS. The first theme of the seminar was 'Startup's Technology Commercialization and Investment Attraction Linked Strategy', and the second theme was 'Startup, Getting Investment from the United States'.
Hong Sung-wook, the first presenter of the theme, introduced in detail the core steps of technology commercialization and major challenges that may be faced in the process and suggested practical ways to overcome them. In addition, he gave specific examples of the elements needed in the preparation stage for attracting investment and effective investor approaches. The second presenter of the theme, lawyer Sung Ki-won, provided an in-depth explanation of how startups are invested in the United States and compared SAFE and preferred stock investments.
This seminar was hosted by CEO Eo Tae-soo, and participants had time to answer their questions through a Q&A session after the lecture.
