SYP Co., Ltd. has recruited Yong Hong-taek, the former First Vice Minister of Science and ICT, as an advisor.

Advisor Yong Hong-taek completed a bachelor's degree and master's degree in electrical engineering at Hanyang University and a Ph.D. in electrical and electronic computer engineering at Austin University in Texas. Since he passed the technical high school in 1990, he has been awarded the National Intelligence Service Directorate, Presidential Commendation, and the Hong Jo-geun Order of Merit.

Yong is a science and technology veteran who has worked in important government positions, including R&D policy director of the Ministry of Science and Technology, ICT policy director, international science business belt planning team leader, presidential secretary. In particular, from 2021 to 2022, he was the first vice minister of the Ministry of Science and ICT and was in charge of the national science and technology information and communication field.

SYP Co., Ltd. will further strengthen its technology commercialization expertise and provide better services and innovative solutions to customers through the joining of advisor Yong Hong-taek.
