SYP Co., Ltd. won the R&D Special Zone Chairman Award at the 2021 R&D Special Zone Technology Commercialization Awards organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and hosted by the R&D Special Zone Promotion Foundation. The commercialization support category awarded by SYP Co., Ltd. was newly established in 2021, and SYP Co., Ltd. became the first company to receive the main award as a commercialization specialist. With this award, we will further accelerate the spread of successful cases of technology commercialization and the creation of an atmosphere of win-win cooperation among key players in the special zone.

* Major evaluation indicators for commercialization support: cooperation, networking strategy, intermediary cooperation between researchers and companies, management support and technology transfer business commercialization resource acquisition strategy (DB, BM, marketing, etc.), and establishment of research institutes (high capital, future growth, etc.). The Special Zone Foundation has been recruiting candidates for about four weeks since October 2021 to select the winner and will select the winner through two rigorous reviews by an evaluation committee composed of five external experts.
