As of December 30, 2020, SYP Co., Ltd. was designated as an industrial property rights diagnostic institution by the Korean Intellectual Property Office under Article 36 of the Invention Promotion Act and Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.

In order to enhance the ability of universities, companies, research institutes, etc. to manage industrial property rights and prevent overlapping investments in R&D, industrial property rights diagnostic institutions are required

As an institution designated by the Korean Intellectual Property Office, SYP Co., Ltd. has been designated as an industrial property rights diagnostic institution in recognition of its IP expertise in the fields of electrical and electronic, mechanical and chemical life.

Small and medium-sized enterprises using diagnostic institutions can receive ▲ tax credit benefits for patent technology investigation and analysis expenses spent on diagnostic institutions ▲ patent technology investigation and analysis (IP-R&D, etc.) services of a certain quality or higher.

SYP Co., Ltd. will take the lead in revitalizing the private IP service market with the designation of an industrial property rights diagnostic institution.
